"We are vodka tonic fans, however this should be a beer and wine house." This was our introduction to the clients and their aspirations. We thought, why not have the best of both worlds? The result is a stylishly functional home, simple in it's complexity, great for entertaining and retreating alike.

The home is highly sustainable for comfort and function sake. It employs passive heating and cooling strategies, a geothermal system, a photovoltaic array, a super-insulated non-thermal-bridging envelope, and quad pane windows.
