An expansive island, plenty of storage, and an open floor plan make this kitchen a stunning heart of the home. We customized the cabinetry to match the natural feel of the home, a neutral wood with chrome hardware, plus a grain that isn’t too fussy but still shows the “life” in the wood.
Adding an industrial-sized refrigerator and freezer, plus ceiling-height pantry storage, creates a functional kitchen that doubles as a gathering space and a workspace. With plenty of natural light, a cozy set of barstools, and a casual, inviting feeling, this kitchen embodies the warmth of nature with complementing modern touches.

One of our favorite living rooms, this modern space still invites the natural beauty of nature with a custom fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and easy access to the outside porch. Our clients wanted to be able to enjoy all of Park City’s seasons, whether the vibrant colors of autumn or the snow flurries of winter. With floor-to-ceiling windows, they can enjoy the view no matter the time of year.
The natural light combined with the custom rock fireplace creates a warm and natural space so that when the homeowners add the clean lines of the modern furniture, the space feels like a beautiful blend of contemporary and earthy styles.
Serene Bedrooms That Blend Warmth And Minimalism
Cozy without feeling cluttered or stuffy, this primary bedroom is a lovely blend of the minimalism of modern design with the warmth and life of a more earthy vibe. With floor-to-ceiling windows, porch access, plenty of natural light, and stunning views, this bedroom is a tranquil place for our clients to unwind at the end of the day. Using natural wood tones in the flooring and windows, plus a woven light fixture, we added softness with the textures of nature.

The warmth in the wood of the double vanity, plus the wood window framing, adds texture and depth to the space. To balance out those warmer tones, we added dark slate flooring, as well as the modern gold light fixture above the soaker tub. And speaking of the bathtub, there’s nothing quite as serene as taking a long soak with the most beautiful views of the mountainside right out your window.
Stunning Exteriors: Highlighting The Surrounding Environment
The interior of this home is obviously stunning, and the exterior matches that beauty. An inviting courtyard sits at the front of the home, a perfect gathering place for friends and family, complete with a custom fire pit and landscaping.
We love the privacy and coziness of the courtyard, but the views from the wrap-around porch give the courtyard a run for the most beautiful exterior of this custom modern home. With nearly 12 feet of deck space and railings meant to keep the views clear, this stunning space offers breathtaking views of the valley and mountains of Park City.
This porch makes it easy to enjoy the views and allows easy access to the lower levels and the rest of the property. We love that our clients prioritized ease of access to nature and the outdoors in their custom home design.
With such an expansive porch, we prioritized outdoor living areas, including this little dining spot nestled into the porch railing. We added a custom bench built right into the porch railing to make it even easier to host family and friends.
