As the year winds down and the holiday season is upon us, like many of you, we’re reflecting on the things we’re grateful for. At the top of the list for us at Tall Pines Construction are our families and our community.
We feel blessed that, as a premier Park City custom home builder, we get to live, work, and raise our families here, and we consider it a privilege to help others do the same. For us, it’s about more than building homes; it’s about shaping communities. We’re grateful for our clients and friends who have chosen us to create gathering spaces for their families and loved ones.
Building Relationships—It’s What We Do
The time it takes to plan, design, and build custom homes in Park City, Utah, gives us the opportunity to get to know our clients well. In fact, we maintain friendships with many of our clients long after we hand over the keys. These relationships are aided by the fact that we’re not just Park City builders; we’re residents too.
This year, we had the opportunity to host the Artisan Builder Group. We treated the visitors to the full Park City experience, including home tours where we showcased our designs and highlighted the unique aspects of Park City construction. We took them fly fishing and mountain biking to highlight our famed rivers and trails. And of course, we couldn’t let them leave without experiencing the fine dining on Main Street. We have a lot of passion for the Park City area, and we loved showing it off to our custom home building peers from around the country.
Whether it’s with clients, neighbors, or fellow custom home builders, building connections is our passion, and there’s no better common ground than the place we all love—Park City.
Branching Out in 2025—Digital Homeowner Manual
We are always looking for ways to improve our service at Tall Pines Construction. This year, we were excited to provide our clients with digital homeowner’s manuals. Each manual is as custom as the home itself and contains links to user manuals for each system and appliance, as well as a master contact list, maintenance map, service checklist, and schedule. No more drawer full of papers or searching for the right phone number or email address. The digital homeowner’s manual is just one more way we’re staying ahead of the curve and one of the top custom home builders in Park City, Utah.
There are big things ahead in 2026, including the launch of a property management division by Tall Pines Construction. We’re excited for the new year and can’t wait to see all it holds for us and those we love. To those of you who are already part of the Tall Pines family—thank you!
